What even is that?
My Definition:
The intentional curation of aspects of a personality, brought into the public space in order to either share a message or promote a business.
I know that there is a lot to un pack with that definition but I have developed it very intentionally. Personal branding as a strategy for the professional community is a relatively new concept (as compared to impersonal brands) so understanding EXACTLY what they are and how to use them safely and authentically is at the center of all the work I do.
