1. Services

Courtney Haines Official provides personal branding consulting, workshops, digital resources, and related services.

Services may be delivered online or in person, as specified at the time of booking.

Advice and resources are provided for educational and strategic purposes only. They do not replace independent legal, financial, or medical advice.

2. Payments

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For packaged services, staged payment options may be available.

Payment Terms and Late Fees

Payment Due: Invoices are due for payment on the date specified on the invoice.

Late Interest: Any invoice not paid by the due date will incur interest at a rate of 18% per annum, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received in full.

Collection Costs: If an outstanding invoice is referred to a debt collection agency (e.g., Baycorp), all collection costs and fees incurred will be added to the amount payable by the client.

Small Business Consideration: As a small business, we appreciate timely payment to ensure uninterrupted service.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

For 1:1 sessions, cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Digital products and resources are non-refundable once purchased, due to the nature of instant access.

Group programmes (e.g., the Personal Brand Incubator) are non-refundable once they have commenced.

4. Digital Products & Resources

All downloads, guides, and digital resources are for personal use only.

Redistribution, resale, or reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Courtney Haines Official.

Clients may use materials for their own business or personal development but may not copy, share, or adapt them for commercial purposes without consent.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared by clients during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Courtney Haines Official will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from the use of services or resources.

Clients are responsible for their own business and personal decisions.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used only for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
